Our lovely, yet affordable, townhome in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is a wonderful place to stay. Vacation year round in luxury and comfort. It is the perfect place for family gatherings, reunions, getaways, summer vacations, and--of course--ski trips. It is just minutes walking to the gondola at the Steamboat Springs ski area and a short drive to downtown Steamboat Springs. Our Steamboat Springs townhome is light and airy, with lots of windows and a high, vaulted ceiling. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated, with all amenities. There is plenty of space for your family and friends, with more than 2,800 square feet on three levels and offers the best of Steamboat Springs lodging accomodations at great discounted prices. The kids can have a floor to themselves, while the grown-up kids can party in privacy. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace after a great day of powder skiing or mountain biking. Have a long relaxing soak in the private hot tub on our deck, or take advantage of the phenomenal complex hot tub (one of two in the Cascades complex) just across the street. For your convenience, you can utilize the free, private shuttle to the Steamboat Springs Colorado ski resort or the downtown area of Steamboat Springs. The shuttle will pick you up at your doorstep. Steamboat Springs offers some of the best powder and tree skiing in the country and has a phenomenal ski school program for both kids and adults.

  • All rentals require a $750.00 damage deposit, which is due 60 nights prior to arrival and is refundable if there is no damage.

  • Cancellation Policy: Once you have paid the deposit, the time is booked. If you so choose, we will attempt to rebook the property and refund up to $150 less than you have paid. We keep the $150 as a re-booking fee. If we are unable to rebook, there is no refund. You are free to re-sell the time yourself at no cost, but the group to which you resell must meet our requirements for group size (no more than 12 people).
