How do I email the renter about a booking?

1. Click on any day of the booking in either the calendar summary1 or the 6-month calendar2. This will take you to the View Booking page.



2. Click on the "Send an Email" button.



3. Select the type of email you would like to send.



4. Edit the email message (or recipient, subject, etc.), and click the "Send Email" button.

NOTE: Some emails, such as a booking confirmation and a booking payment confirmation can be sent automatically by selecting the "Send email confirmation" checkbox on the pages where you enter the data for bookings and booking payments.

NOTE: The View Booking page displays all the information about a booking, including links to various functions related to the booking, such as the ability to email the renter using either text you have stored already or new text that you enter into the email.

1 To get to the calendar summary, which is only available if you have more than one property listed, simply click on the Calendar tab. If you have one property listed, clicking on the Calendar tab will display the 6-month calendar.

2To get to the 6-month calendar, click on the Calendar tab, and then click on the calendar icon at the far left of the row for the property whose calendar you would like to access.
