You May Customize the Emails We Send Out on Your Behalf
Booking Universe sends out emails on your behalf in several
situations. For example, among other times, we send:

An email with pricing and availability in response to email requests from the vacation rental
listing sites you use (Gold Program only).
- A confirming email to both you and the renter when there is a booking.
- A reminder email when a payment is due.

Directions, entry instructions and any special instructions you provide when you record receiving
the full rental payment.
- A thank-you email after the stay.
We provide sample text for these emails, but you may customize the
contents as you see fit.
